ZnOw/NR-SBR-BR复合材料的摩擦磨损机理 被引量:6

摘要 研究了ZnOw/NR-SBR-BR复合材料摩擦磨损机理,发现其磨损表面随ZnOw添加量变化呈分形结构。加入ZnOw后,提高了复合材料导热和导静电性能,减少高温力学破坏、氧化和其它化学反应对材料的损坏,从而提高耐磨性。同时,在磨损过程中,四针状晶须各针状体协同作用分散承载的受力,有效地消除应力集中,提高耐磨性;此外,晶须的高模量和高强度也是提高材料的耐磨性能的重要因素。 The experimental test on friction and attrition behavior of the composites of ZnOw/NR-SBR-BR were carried out and got the conclusion that the tetrapod-shaped ZnOw modified by coupling agent appeared to have a good effect on improving the wear resistance. It has been found that the cracks generated during the process of friction will be inhibited and dispersed by the ZnOw which has the ability to transmit and disperse the stress, heat and static charge for its super high strength and modulus, thermal and electrical conductivity. The result of the further investigation shows that the worn surfaces of ZnOw/NR-SBR-BR composites appear an instinct character of fractal.
