摘要
笃斯越桔大量分布在大兴安岭、小兴安岭、长白山和帽儿山等高寒地区。资源丰富,产量高,是我省重要的野生浆果资源。小桨果不但果味甜美而且营养丰富,又无任何污染。笔者在查阅前人工作的基础上,利用先进的仪器和手段对小浆果的氨在酸、维生素、微量元素等几十种营养素进行了全面的分析,为进一步开发研制笃斯越桔系列天然保健产品提供了科学的营养学依据。
The blueberry is a natural berry source of our Province. The berry is nutritive and without any poiution. The writer based on searching and reading a lot of data, used advanced instruments quatitativeiy determined animo-acids, microelements, vitamins and other nutritive elements. The article supplied nutritive accordance for developing and making a scries of natural and healthful products of the blueberry.
