摘要
通过对双金属催化剂的制备工艺及原料组成的研究,确定了制备催化剂的最佳工艺参数及原料组成,制得了高活性双金属催化剂。并用高效的DMC双金属催化剂合成出了分子量高、分子量分布窄、不饱和度低的聚醚多元醇产品,聚醚产品中DMC的质量分数小于2×10-6,最低可达1×10-6。
Double metal complex catalysts were prepared in present work. The affects of the amount, particle size, and preparation method of the DMC catalysts on the property of the synethesized polyether polyol were investigated. High molecular weight polyether polyols with narrow molecular weight distributions and ultra low levels of unsaturation and high average functionality were obtained using the presence of DMC catalyst. The residue of DMC in polyether polyol product is lower than 20×10^(-6), even 10×10^(-6), due to the high activity of the DMC catalyst.
