离子色谱法测定硒酸根离子的方法研究

摘要 本文以乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐为淋洗液的单柱离子色谱法测定SeO_4^(2-),常见阴离子和阳离子不干扰测定。淋洗液最佳pH为5.0、浓度为1.0 mmol/L。SeO_4^(2-)的检出限1.05μg/ml,相对标准偏差2.96%,线性范围1.05—100μg/ml,应用于加入SeO_4^(2-)的水样分析取得良好结果。 Determination of selenate radical by single—column ion chromatography with EDTA as eluent is described in this paper. The common anions and cations do not interfere determination of selenate radical. The optimum pH and concentration of eluent are 5.0 and 1.0m mol/L, respectively. The detection limit for selenate radical is 1.05 μg/ml. The relative standard deviation is 2.96%. The calibration curve is liner in the range of 1.05~100 μg/ml. The method is applied to analyze water sample spiked with selenate radical. The result is satisfactory.
