Shafting intensity account is essential for the design of naval vessels' shafting. According to HJB60-91, a shafting intensity account program is developed using VC++. The principles,way of and characteristics are presented in this paper. And it's proven that this program can produce accurate results and can be used for vessels' shafting intensity calculation.
