摘要
根据装置近两年的生产情况,对影响双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)专用树脂WH-T 36 F质量指标的因素(等规指数、熔体流动指数、灰分)进行了分析。经过优化操作,选用产品等规指数易调的催化剂与高效复合抗氧剂,有效地提高了BOPP专用树脂的质量,使等规指数控制在95%~96%,灰分明显下降至170~200μg/g。
The factors affecting quality index of biaxial oriented polypropylene (BOPP) speciality resin (WH-T36F), such as isotactic index, melt flow index, and ash specification were analyzed, based on the last two years'production data of the plant. The quality of BOPP was effectively improved via optimization of the plant's operation and by selectively using a catalyst with which the isotactic index could be easily adjustable and a high efficiency compound antioxidant. The isotactic index of the resultant BOPP was controlled in the range from 95% to 96% and meanwhile, the ash content of the speciality resin apparently dropped to 170 - 200 μg/g.
