摘要 选择最佳的配方和工艺条件,制备了每100 g试样总酐基含量为8.1 mmol的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)产品。通过化学分离和红外光谱分析,发现PP-g-MAH产品的纯度很高,几乎没有游离态的MAH。广角X射线衍射实验发现,PP经过接枝处理后.晶型没有改变,但040晶面明显增大;晶胞在a和c轴上变化不大,在b轴上减小:结晶度略有上升。通过分析接枝物的流变性能,发现接枝物与PP一样,仍属于非牛顿型假塑性流体。实验证明,PP-g-MAH产品具有良好的可注塑性。 Polypropylene grafting anhydride maleic acid (PP-g-MAH) with a graft ratio of 8.1 mmol anhydride group per 100 gram product was prepared according to an optimum recipe and process conditions. Through chemical separation experiment and infrared spectrometric analysis, it is found out that the purity of PP-g-MAH product is very high and almost no free anhydride maleic acid exists. The wide-angle X-ray diffraction confirms that after grafting treatment the crystal phase of the PP remains unchanged though the diffraction intensities (040) of PP-g-MAH increases compared with that of PP. At meantime, there exists no appreciable variation in axis a and c of the crystal cell except the decrease in axis b as well as the slight increase in crystallinity. The rheological analysis proves that PP-g-MAH is still a kind of non-Newtonian pseudo plastic fluid, just like general PP. The PP-g-MAH product possesses good injection moulding processability.
