摘要
用人工合成饲料喂养大白鼠,控制硒蛋氨酸含量,观察其血及组织中GSH-Px及TBA值的变化。结果表明,低硒、低蛋氨酸均能降低GSH-Rx 活性,使TBA值升高。在低硒的条件下低蛋氨酸能进一步降低GSH-Px活性,TBA值有所升高。
The Selenium (Se) and Methionine (Met) contents in artificial synthetic diet were controlled. Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity and TBA value in blood and tissue of the Wistar rats were observed continously. The result indicated that GSH-Px activity may be reduced and TBA value increared by low Se or low Met contents in diet. In the condition of low Se GSH-Px activity may be further reduced and TBA value increared significantly by Met deficiency.
