摘要
用抗猪囊尾蚴单克隆抗体致敏的绵羊红细胞做反向间接血疑试验,检测人工感染猪囊尾蚴病猪体内循环抗原(CA)。结果表明,病猪体内CA出现时间、达到顶峰时间及CA滴度与猪感染猪囊尾蚴的数量有关。未经煮沸与经煮沸后的病猪血清中CA消长曲线基本一致。但前者较敏感,检出时间稍早,CA滴度也较高。
Determination of circulating antigens (CA) in pigs arti-ficially infected with Cysticercus cellulosae by means of RIHA with SRBC sensitized by McAb of Cysticercus cellulosae was performed. The experiments showed that there was a close correlation between the time of CA peak appearance in pigs blood, tme of its reaching CA titer, and quantity of Cysticercus cellulosae in the infected pigs. The more serious the pigs was infected, the, earlier CA appeared, the shorter was the time of CA reaching the peak in the curve, and the higher was the CA titer. The unboiled sera of infected pigs are more sensitive than boiled sera in RIHA.
