网络会议中的文字通信在H 3 2 3协议组的控制下 ,由T 12 0协议组实现 ,其文字编码是UTF 8码。本文简单介绍了H 3 2 3标准的组成部分和H 3 2 3协议解决方案 ,说明了T 12 0协议组成员和层次 ,同时简单分析了UTF 8码的特点 ,从而提出了一种对网络会议中的文字数据包进行还原的过程和方法。

The character data communication in a network meeting is controlled by H.323 Protocols,and realized by T.120 Protocols.The character coding is UTF-8 Code.This article simply introduces the parts and the resolving projects of H.323 Protocols,shows the members and the administrative levels of T.120 Protocols,and simply analyzes the character of UTF-8 Code.Thus it brings forward a process and method of the revert of characters data packs during a network meeting.
