Epidemiological Survey on an Outbreak of Rift Valley Fever in Aioum Area of Mauritania

本文报道了毛里塔尼亚的爱拥(Aioun)地区发生9例原因不明出血黄疸疾病,死亡6人。经现场流行病学调查,病毒学和血清学检测,证实是由裂谷热病毒(rift valley feverVirus)引起的裂谷热(rift Valley fever,RVF)流行,并对其流行原因进行了讨论。

In October 1988, an outbreak of haemorrhagic disease with unclear cause was occured in Aioun area of Mauritania. Overall, 9 patients with haemorrhage and icterus were identified within two weeks and 6 died. By means of epidemiological survey, virology and serology detection, rift Valley fever has been confirmed due to rift Valley fever virus.
