通过对电子产品的环境试验和环境应力筛选的分析比较，说明两种试验的不同作用和区别，澄清一些模糊认识；同时根据实践经验，对环境应力筛选中存在的问题，提出意见看法，对提高应力筛选效果有一定的作用。

By analyzing and comparing the results of the environmental test and stree screening of electronic product, the paper accounts for the different effects and distinguishing between two experiments, and clarifies some ambiguous knowledge. Meanwhile, based on the author’s actual experience, the paper also proposes the solutions to the question occurring in environmental stree screening which have a certain influence on increasing the effiect of the environmental stree screening.
