摘要
本文测定了11例骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者的红细胞免疫功能。结果表明,红细胞表面C3b受体及血清中红细胞免疫粘附(RCIA)增强因子明显低于对照组。这两项结果表明,MDS患者的红细胞免疫功能降低。
We observed the changes of red cell immune function in 11 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). It was showed that the red cell immune function in patients with MDS decreased markedly. It was significant that the level of red cell C3b receptors and red cell immune adherence enhanced factor in serum was lower than that of control group.
