射频消融治疗室上性心动过速50例疗效分析

Radiofrequency Ablation in 50 Patients with Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachcardia

本文报道了用射频消融的方法治疗室上性心动过速患者50例,其中房室结双经路15例,房室旁路35例。45人射频消融后室上性心动过速终止,5例失败,成功率90%。最初消融的6例成功率50%,以后消融的患者成功率为95.5%,左侧旁路成功率明显低于右侧的成功率。我们认为,射频消融治疗室上性心动过速安全、有效,可达到根治的目的。成功率的高低取决于定位的准确性以及消融方法的优劣。

50 patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia ( PSVT ) were treated by radiofrequecy energy ablation. 15 dual atrioventricular node pathway and 25 accessory pathway were found in thsse cases.The mean applications, the power level of the radiofrequency current and applications duration were 10±ll times, 26±4w, and 37±14 seconds respectively。 After ablation PSVT were terminated in 45 patients, but present in 5 patients.The successful rate was 90% ( including 50% in carly period and 95,5% now) .Success rate on ablating left accessory pathway is higher than that on ablating right accessory pathway. In conclusion, treatment of PSVT by radio frequency energy ablation is efficient and safe,and it was very important that the ablating site was selected.
