摘要
本文观察了37例肺心病患者诱发电位,其中异常者25例,占67.7%。以P_(300)异常为最多(22例)。分析其发生原因认为与心肺功能不全、缺氧、Co_2潴留及酸碱失衡的有无及程度有明显相关性。我们认为诱发电位可作为肺心病呼吸表竭时脑功能障碍的敏感电生理指标。对判断脑组织损伤的部位、范围以及肺性脑病早期诊断有较大价值。
Evoked potentials were observed in 37 patients with cor pulmonale. 25 cases of them were abnomal(67.7%), P500 was the most (22 cases). The cause are greatly related to heart-lung failiure, absence of oxygen, retention of carbon dioxide and imbalance of acid and base. Evoked potential was thought sensitive physiological indices to brain dysfunction with respiratory failure in cor pulmonale. It is important value that judgement of position and range of damage in the brain tissue and early diagnosis of pulmonary encephalopathy.
