摘要
通过测定硅橡胶试片的离火熄灭时间及燃烧速率来判定热硫化硅橡胶的阻燃性。结果表明 ,氢氧化铝对热硫化硅橡胶具有良好的阻燃效果 ;随着氢氧化铝用量的增加 ,硅橡胶的物理机械性能下降。通过对氢氧化铝进行表面处理 ,并与氯铂酸等阻燃剂配合 ,可制得符合美国UL - 94V - 0阻燃标准的硅橡胶制品。在本实验条件下的最佳配比为 :1 0 0份混炼硅橡胶 ,4 5份氢氧化铝 ,5 0份氯铂酸 (以铂质量计 /1 0 -6) ,2份乙炔炭黑及铁锡复合氧化物 ,制品拉伸强度大于 5MPa。
The fire retardation of high temperature vulcanized silicone rubbers could be determined by measuring the combustion time and combustion rate of silicone rubber samples.The results indicated that hydrogen hexachloroplatinate(H 2 PtCl 6 ) and aluminium hydroxide could improve the fire retardation of the high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber.However,as the amount of aluminium hydroxide in silicone rubber increased,the physical and mechanical properties of the silicone rubber deteriorated.The silicone rubber products,which meet USA UL-94 V-0 fire retardation standard,could be made by properly formulating amount of surface modified aluminium hydroxide and H 2 PtCl 6 in silicone rubber.The optimum proportion in the experiment were 100 portion mixing silicone rubber,45 portion Al(OH) 3 ,50 portion Pt mass 10 -6 chloroplatinic acid,2 portion acetylene black,2 portion iron & tin composite oxide,and exceed 5 MPa tensile strength of the product.
