无机-有机单体聚合物钻井液在中原油田的应用 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了无机-有机单体聚合物钻井液的2种配方,并对此钻井液作抗温、抗盐、抗钙污染、页岩回收率、渗透率恢复值性能评价。结果表明,此钻井液经120℃以上老化处理、氯化钠和氯化钙污染情况下,滤失量变化不大,页岩相对回收率90%以上,渗透率恢复值高,有利于保护油气层。重点介绍了此钻井液在中原油田文72—142等井应用情况,结果表明,该钻井液具有较强的抑制能力,起下钻一次到底,完井电测一次成功,避免替换钻井液,使钻井液成本节约23.3%。 Two formulas of drilling fluid based on inorganic - organic monomer polymer were described. Their performances including heat - resistance, tolerance to salt and calcium, shale recycle rate,and infiltration rate resume value were evaluated. The result showed that the drilling fluid containing sodium chloride and calcium chloride contaminant behaved well after being treated under the temperature of above 120 ℃ with the filtrate loss maintained, the relative shale recycle rate more than 90 % , high infiltration rate resume value, so it was helpful to protect oil and gas reservoir. The application of the drilling fluid in Wen 72 - 142 Well was introduced with emphasis and the result demonstrated that it had good inhibitory effect, decreased the drilling cost.
