摘要 以过硫酸铵为引发剂,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,制备了木薯淀粉和丙烯酸的接枝共聚物高吸水性树脂,考察了有关聚合条件对高吸水性树脂性能的影响。结果表明,在反应温度55-60℃、单体中和度78%、引发剂浓度12 mmoL/L的聚合条件下,该树脂吸水量达980 mL/g以上。 Tapioca grafted acrylic acid based high water sorption resin was prepared using ammonium persulfate as initator and epichlorohydrin as crosslinker. The effects of the polymerizing conditions on properties of high water sorption resin were examined. The result showed that the water sorption of resin was more than 980 mL/g under the polymerizing conditions including reaction temperature of 55 ~ 60 t, the neutralization ratio of 78 % and the concentration of initator 12 mmol/L.
