摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定水中阴离子洗涤剂一直链烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)。采用荧光法,以键合相为十八烷基官能团封端的ODS柱,甲醇和含Na2CO3、NaHCO3的水做流动相,使LAS形成一个峰,测定LAS的总量。改变流动相,可分离和测定LAS的烷基同系物,测定的标准样品品LAS的烷基同系物组成为C10、C11、C12、C13分别为2.31%、45.11%、35.74%、16.84%。用甲醇和水做流动相用紫外分光光度可分离烷基磺酸钠的杂质。
High-performance liauid chromatographic (HPLC) method for determining linear alkylbezene sulfonates (LAS) in water has been studdied. Adopting direct-fluorescence methods , according to its amount to determine LAS. taking ODS ccolumn based on bonded phase as stationary phasee, and methanol solution ccontaining sodium carbonate anhydrous and sodium hydrogen carbonate as mobile phase to determine total amount of LAS, changing proportion of mobile phase to seperate the homologous series inn standard sample,as C10.C11.C12.C13 were 2. 31%. 45. 11 %. 35. 74%. 16. 84, taking methanol soiution as mobile phase to seperate the impurity of Linear alkyl sodium sulfonate.
