摘要
上个世纪以物理学为主导的自然科学在探索世界过程中,将人类理解的水平提高到一个崭新境界。此外,我们还可以看到科学发展的另一线索,即“意向性科学”的路线。在新的世纪中,科学技术的背景将逐渐转移到“意向性科学”。物理学在20世纪是科学的典范,波普尔、卡尔纳普、库恩、查尔默斯等均以物理学为样本建立起自己的科学哲学理论。意向性科学的核心概念或中心话题是“信息”。科学观的变革必然导致哲学观的转变,而信息哲学有可能成为21世纪科技哲学的新范式。
The natural sciences dominated by physics had pushed the human understanding into a new realm during the exploration of the natural world in the last century. However, another thread leading the development of science has also been seen, i.e., the course of ' intentional sciences'. In the new century, the background of science and technology would gradually shift onto the platform of the ' intentional sciences'. Physics is the model of natural sciences in the 20th century and the theories in the philosophy of science proposed by Popper, Carnap, Kuhn and Chalmers took physics as exemplar. One of the kernel concepts of the intentional sciences is ' information' . The change of the scientific view is inevitably leading to the change of the philosophical view and the philosophy of information would emerge as a new paradigm of the philosophy of science and technology in the 21st century.
