摘要
在原有氯离子测定方法的基础上,对试样的分解方法进行了改进,通过采用容量瓶溶解试样的途径抑制了氯的挥发,从而获得了更好的试验结果:当溶解的试样溶液保持在95℃左右时标准回收率最高,且在显色酸度小于0.7molL-1可稳定18h.研究还表明,硫氰酸汞和硫酸铁铵的加入量对吸光度值的测定有直接的影响.硫氰酸汞的加入量在6ml时吸收值达到最大.
On the basis of the traditional method for determination of chlorin ion, we modified the procedures for dissolving samples. As a result, chlorin volatilization was inhibited through utilization of volumetric flasks to dissolve samples and better determination results were obtained. Our results showed that standard recovery rate was maximum when the temperature of dissolved samples maintained at about 95 ℃, and maintained stabilized for 18 hrs when the acidity of color development was less than 0.7 mol L^(-1). It also showed that the amount of added Hg(SCN)^(2-)_4 and NH_4Fe(SO_4)_2·12H_2O has effect on the absorbance. It was found that the absorbance reached maximum when the amount of Hg(SCN)^(2-)_4 was added.
