利用酒精废液生产饲料酵母技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文从普通菌种进行筛选及耐酸性驯养,筛选出适合酒精废液发酵的Y—10蓖株,进行了最佳发酵条件的摇瓶试验,探索了Y—10菌株利用酒精废液发酵最佳条件的中间试验。试验结果表明,Y—10菌株品质优良,耐酸性强,发酵条件粗放,有良好的工艺性能。在温度29~30℃,通风量1:0.8,接种0.2%酵母泥,添加少量营养物,培养10h,饲料酵母最高产率达13.6g/L,产品含粗蛋白56.65%,酒精废液的pH由4.2上升至7.0左右,SS去除率达90%以上,BOD去除率达68.6%,COD去除率达52.5%,有着显著的经济、环保和社会效益。 This paper presents the selection of Fungus Y—10, which is suitable for the fermentation by alcohol waste liquid, and acid—resisting cultivation. The shaking and merging experiment on optimum fermenting conditions were carried out as well. The comparative experiments of finding out the optimum conditions for the fermentation by alcohol waste liquid using the Fungus Y—10, variety. The results of the experiments show that the Fungus Y—10 possesses following advantages as superior quality, higher acidresistance, adapted extensive conditions for fermentation and easy processing. Under following conditions for growing as temperature ranging from 29℃ to 30℃, ventilation 1/0. 8,0.2% of ferment mud, small amount of nutriments and the hours of cultivation, the maximum output of forage ferment can reach 13.6g/L of which 55.65% of the product is crude protein and the pH value of the alcohol waste liquid improves from 4.2 to 7.0. The rate of SS removal can reach 90% and above, and the rates for removal of BOD and COD in the product can come up to 68.6 % and 52.50% respectively. In a sentence, the technology of making use of alcohol waste liquid for forage production will result in remarkable benefits in aspects of economy, environmental protection.
