摘要
本文用正交试验法对固定化酵母发酵培养基进行研究,用四因素三水平的 L_9(3~4)表安排实验,选择出最佳发酵条件。
The fermentation medium of immobilized cell of yeast was studied by orthogonal design to select the optimal medium by high ethanol production and high sucrose utility ra- tio. Table L_9(3~4)was used for the test of the four factors and with its three levels.The con- centration of sucrose,temperature,ph and fermentation time were examined.The best medium was selected.
