氦-氖激光穴位针刺对呼吸道及免疫功能的影响

Effect of He-Na laser acupuncture on immunological function of the respiratory tract

目的 :探讨氦 氖激光穴位针刺对呼吸道功能及免疫机能调节的临床疗效。方法 :将反复呼吸道感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 6 0例 ,西药常规治疗加氦 氖激光穴位针刺 ;对照组 6 0例 ,西药常规治疗加穴位艾灸。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 93 3% ,对照组总有效率为 71 7% ,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :氦 氖激光穴位针刺对呼吸道功能和免疫机能具有较肯定的疗效 ,可考虑作为治疗反复呼吸道感染的方法之一。

Objective To approach to clinical therapeutic effect of He-Na laser acupuncture on immunological function of the respiratory tract. Methods Randomly divide the patients with repeated infection of the respiratory tract into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated by routine western medicine plus He-Na laser acupuncture and the control group were treated by routine western medicine plus moxibustion. Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 71.1% in the control group. The effective rate in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion He-Na laser acupuncture has a definite effect on immunological function of the respiratory tract.
