针刺配合吞咽训练治疗脑卒中并发吞咽障碍疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with deglutition training on deglutition disorders complicated by apoplexy

目的 :观察针刺对脑卒中并发吞咽障碍的治疗作用。方法 :将 6 0例患者随机分为针刺配合吞咽训练组和单纯吞咽训练组 ,针刺取穴以项针为主 ,吞咽训练包括基础训练和摄食训练。结果 :针刺配合吞咽训练组疗效优于单纯吞咽训练组 (P <0 0 0 5 )。 结论 :吞咽障碍患者经针刺配合吞咽功能训练能明显提高吞咽功能 ,改善生活质量。

Objective To observe therapeutic effect of acupuncture on deglutition disorders complicated by apoplexy. Methods Sixty patients of deglutition disorders complicated by apoplexy were randomly divided into acupuncture plus deglutition training group and simple deglutition training group. Cervical acupoints were selected for acupuncture treatment and the deglutition training included basic training and aliment training. Results The therapeutic effect in the acupuncture plus deglutition training group was better than that in the simple deglutition training group ( P <0.005). Conclusion Acupuncture plus deglutition training can significantly improve swallowing function and life quality for the patient of deglutition disorders.
