针灸八会穴治疗慢性疲劳综合征临床观察

Clinical observation on acupuncture and moxibustion at eight confluence points for treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome

目的 :探寻治疗慢性疲劳综合征的有效方法。方法 :6 0例慢性疲劳综合征患者用针灸八会穴方法治疗 ,观察治疗前后症状积分改善情况及疗效。结果 :6 0例患者痊愈 15例 ,显效 2 6例 ,好转14例 ,无效 5例 ,总有效率 91 6 % ;治疗后症状积分显著低于治疗前 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :针灸八会穴治疗慢性疲劳综合征疗效确切。

Objective To search for an effective therapy for chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods Sixty cases of chronic fatigue syndrome were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion at eight confluence points,and improvement of symptoms after treatment and the therapeutic effect were observed. Results Out of the 60 cases,15 cases were cured,26 cases were markedly effective,14 cases improved and 5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate being 91.6%; the cumulative score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment ( P <0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion at eight confluence points has a definite therapeutic effect for chronic fatigue syndrome.
