针刺华佗夹脊穴治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of acupuncture at Huatuo Jiaji points (EX-B2) on herpes zoster residual neuralgia

目的 :比较针刺华佗夹脊穴及西药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效差异。方法 :将 5 3例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为治疗组 31例、对照组 2 2例。治疗组采用针刺华佗夹脊穴治疗 ;对照组采用维生素B1、B12 及口服消炎痛治疗。结果 :治疗组愈显率为 93 5 % ,明显优于对照组 72 7%(P <0 0 1)。结论 :本疗法对带状疱疹后遗神经痛症状体征的改善及疗效优于西药治疗。

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture at Huatuo Jiaji points (EX-B2) on herpes zoster residual neuralgia. Methods Fifty-three cases of herpes zoster residual neuralgia were randomly divided into a treatment group ( n =31) and a control group ( n =22). The patients of the treatment group were treated by acupuncture at Huatuo Jiaji points (EX-B2) and the control group were treated by routine western medicine. Results The cured-markedly effective rate was 93.5% in the treatment group,significantly superior to 72.7% in the control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture at Huatuo Jiaji points (EX-B2) is superior to the western medi-cine therapy in improvement of symptoms and signs,and the therapeutic effect for herpes zoster residual neuralgia.
