英标Gr460级碳素钢筋研制与生产

为扩大钢材的国际市场 ,研制生产了英标Gr460级碳素钢筋。Gr460钢筋具有强度级别高、检验项目多 ,试验方法要求严格 ,钢筋的重量偏差严于国标等特点 ,通过优化C、Si、Mn元素的含量 ,添加微合金元素V ,确定了钢筋的化学成分及生产工艺。生产了 12mm、 2 0mm英标Gr460钢筋 2 83 7t ,成材率达 91 96% ,合格率 99 83 %。通过直方图及回归分析 ,说明了制定的生产工艺可行 ,同时为今后的生产提供了理论依据。

In order to extend international rolled steel market, the Gr460 Class carbon steel bar accorded with English standard are developed and produced. It has characteristics such as high strength level,more inspection item,rigorous examination way and strict weight deviation comparing with the internal standard and so on. Through optimizing C?Si?Mn elementary content and appending micro-alloying element-Vanadium, the chemical composition and production process are determined. The gross weight of the 12mm?20mm steel bar is 2837t, the rolling yield reaches 91.96% and the percent of pass is 99.83%.The histograms and regression analysis prove that the production process is feasible and provides a basis in theory for production in the future.
