在D40 0 -13煤气加压机应用轴端氮气密封替代原迷宫式密封 ,以充分利用叶轮前后压差 ,消除轴向推力 ,减少机械磨擦 ,从而保证密封效果 ,改善风机性能 ,提高密封寿命。使用表明 ,改造后消除了煤气外泄现象 ,提高了设备开机率 ,年直接经济效益 15 2 2万元。

Because of replacing mazy sealing by nitrogen sealing system at spindle end in D400-13 gas pressuring machine and enough utilizing the pressure difference in front and at the back of the impeller the spindle pushing force is eliminated and mechanical friction is reduced, so that the sealing effect can be ensured, the property can be improved, and the service life of sealing can be increased. The operation result proves that the leakage of gas is eliminated and operative ratio of equipment is increased. The direct profit is 0.1522 million yuan a year.
