摘要
随着课程教学改革的深入 ,教育实践领域对于“专家型教师”、“研究型教师”的呼唤越来越强烈。与此相适应 ,教师继续教育的培训模式将逐渐由外塑式培养走向内源性发展。建构主义将成为教师继续教育新的知识基础。建立在中小学的教师专业发展学校能够为教师专业发展提供真实的教育教学情境 ,因而将拓展教师继续教育的培训基地。
With the deepening of the curriculum reformation, the call for “expertoriented teachers” and “researcher-oriented teachers” is growing stronger and stronger in the practical field of education. In correspondence to all of this, the training pattern for teacher's further education gradually alters from outer-formation-oriented to inner-quality-oriented. Constructivism will become the new knowledge basis in teacher's further education. The professional development school (PDS) also provide the real educational circumstances for the teacher's professional development. As a result, it can enlarge the training basis for teacher's further education.
