摘要
高等职业技术教育 ,属于高等教育的范围。它不是义务教育 ,又区别于普通教育。高职教育应将素质教育放在首位 ,加强教师的职业技术能力的培养。高职教育的产品不同于市场经济商品 ,高职教育的市场竞争须讲究经济效益。
Higher vocational technical education belongs to higher education. It's neither compulsive education nor universal education. Higher vocational education should pay attention to the quality teaching and market economy. The market competition in higher vocational technical education must be particular about economic benefits.
