从外化到内化:谈外语教师发展的方向 被引量:3

From Externalization to Internalization: On the Orientation of FLT Teachers’Development

摘要 随着教育改革的深化 ,当前外语教师的发展愈来愈具有紧迫性和重要意义。现行的教师继续教育体制在很大程度上强调培训 ,忽略了对所培训的内容的内化 ,从根本上说还是外化发展的体制。外语教师继续教育的重点应当以教师专业化为目标 ,从外化培训转移到内化发展上来。在此认识上 ,本文结合当前教师发展的趋势 ,对反思教学在外语教师发展中的重要意义及其应用进行了分析。 Along with the heading of education reform,FLT teachers’ development is of more and more significance at present.The current system of in-service education of FLT teachers stresses more of training but ignores the internalization of the skills been trained, which is in nature an external developmental system.Focus of FLT teachers’ in-service education should be shifted from externalization to internalization with professionalism as its aim. On this recognition, combined with the tendency of teachers’ development, this paper probes into the significance and application of reflective teaching in FLT teachers’ development.
