Innovation and Development of Mo Zi's Thought of Respecting Talented Persons

本文详细分析了墨子“重贤”、“众贤”、“进贤”和“使能”等“尚贤”思想 ,并结合我国现阶段的人才强国战略 ,着重阐释墨子“尚贤”思想对今天选拔任用人才的借鉴意义 ,强调对其“尚贤”思想精华的创新和发展 ,更好地服务于中国特色社会主义现代化的建设。

This paper analyzes in detail Mo Zi's thought of respecting virtuous and talented persons, that is, thinking highly and increasing the number of the talents, and appointing the able persons to important posts. Combining with the talent strategy of China, this paper elaborates the value of selecting and employing talents using Mo Zi's thought for reference, and lays emphasis on the innovation and development of the essence of Mo Zi's thought, the result of which serves better the construction of socialism modernization with Chinese characteristics.
