摘要
为检测低温容器的热性能及车载液氢杜瓦试验系统的设计要求 ,进行了一系列液氮蒸发率试验。列出根据容器系统结构参数相关传热计算结果 ,包括试验系统分别贮存液氢和液氮各项漏热及理论蒸发率。对 90 %充满率条件下的实验结果与理论计算进行比较 ,通过理论计算结果与液氮蒸发率实验结果对液氢试验蒸发率作了预测。并对容器处于安全压力下自然和憋压两种状态下进行的各种充满率的液氮蒸发率实验结果 ,分析了系统中压力、充满率与蒸发率相互之间的关系。
For checking the thermal performance and establishing the design of experimental system of the vehicle liquid hydrogen Dewar,a series of experiments of evaporation rate have been done. At first, some thermal results have been calculated based on the parameters of the experimental system, including heat leak of each part and theoretical evaporation rate of liquid hydrogen and liquid nitrogen. Then the evaporation rate of liquid hydrogen is forecasted by comparing the experiment result and theoretical calculation under the fill level of 90 percent. Simultaneously, the results under various fill level and pressure from the evaporation rate experiments of nitrogen are presented. Based on these facts, the relations between storage-pressure and fill level on the evaporation rate are analyzed.
