外伤性虹膜根部断离缝合术的体会

The effects of Iridoplasty for traumatic iridodialysis

目的 分析外伤性虹膜根部断离的修复方法。方法 对 1 0例 (1 0只眼 )钝挫伤、穿通伤及手术创伤所致虹膜根部断离患者进行显微镜下的缝合修复。结果 1 0例中 9例经显微手术缝合后瞳孔基本显园形 ,1例因严重穿通伤术后玻璃体疝入前房而致瞳孔麻痹性扩大。结论 外伤性虹膜根部断离如能及时进行显微手术修复 ,完全可以保持术后园瞳孔并维持其生理功能。脱出创口的虹膜如未感染坏死 ,经处理后仍可还纳回前房 。

Objective To analyze the methods for iridialysis so that keeping pupil round and with proper physical function.Methods Iridoplasty was taken under microscope for 10 patients with iridodialysis resulted from blunt.Perforating or surgery injures.Results Among 10 cases,9 patients ended with round pupil and proper physical function except 1 patient with paralytic mydriasis resulted from severe perforating injury.Conclusion Traumatic iridodialysis can be treated with iridoplasty under microscope and ended with round pupil and proper physical function.Even the iride hernia out of the eyeball but without infectious necresis.Can be put back into the anterior chamber and get a good result after careful iridoplasty under microscope.
