摘要
目的 建立不同程度的眼表损伤 ,探讨眼表损伤的分级。方法 采用手术方法分别切除大白兔单眼不同范围的角膜缘、角膜上皮及浅层基质 ,观察术后情况。结果 3组动物术后均出现与角膜缘损伤范围相对应的角膜结膜上皮化 ,按角膜缘干细胞损失范围对眼表损伤进行分级 ,可分为 级 :≤ 1 80°的角膜缘受损 级 :1 80°~2 70°的角膜缘受损 ; 级 :>2 70°的角膜缘受损。结论 手术切除不同范围角膜缘能建立不同程度的眼表损伤 。
Objective To establish ocular surface damage of rabbit,and to classify the ocular surface damage caused by limbal stem cells defects.Methods Rabbits underwent excision of different ranges of lamellar keratectomy extending 3 mm outside the limbus in one eye.The corneal changes were observed and the corneal pathological change were examined.Results All animals had corresponding conjunctival epithelium covering corneal surface and considerable neovascularization after 28 days.Then the ocular surface damage were classified into three grades.Ⅰ:≤180°limbus injuries;Ⅱ:180°~270°limbus injuries;Ⅲ:>270°limbus injuries.Conclusions Ocular surface damage can be established in rabbits,by the lamellar keratectomy extending 3 mm outside the limbus.Classification of ocular surface damage by defect ranges of limbal stem cells is convenient and useful.
