17例带状疱疹性脑膜炎临床分析

Clinical analysis of17cases with herpes zoster meningitis

目的 :探讨带状疱疹并发脑膜炎的相关因素。方法 :从临床、脑脊液、脑电图及头MRI等方面对17例患者进行回顾性分析。结果 :年龄及各种原因导致的免疫抑制是重要因素 ,肋间神经受累引起脑膜炎占首位 ,其次是颅神经尤其是三叉神经眼支。结论 :各种原因导致的免疫抑制是带状疱疹并发脑膜炎的重要因素 ,因此在治疗中要合理的应用抗病毒药物、糖皮质激素及对症治疗 。

Objective:To investigate the related factor of herpes zoster complicated by meningitis.Methods:17cases were collected,the clinical data,cerebraospinal fluid,EEG and MRI were analyzed retrospectvely.Results:The result showed that immunosuppression caused by the age and a variety of reasons was a key factor.Involvement of intercostals nerve followed by encephalic nerve,especially the eye branch of trigeminal nerve,was highly correlated to the meningitis.Conclusion:The immunosuppression caused by a variety of reasons is a key factor of herpes zoster complicated by meningitis.In the treatment of herpes zoster meningitis,if anti-virus drugs and steroid are used appropriately and as early as possible,the prognosis is satisfactory.
