恢复期SARS患者外周血T淋巴细胞及亚群的变化

Changes of T lymphocytes and subgroups in peripheral blood in convalescent SARS patients

目的 :追踪观察严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)患者恢复后外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞及机体的免疫状况变化。方法 :10例健康人和9例恢复期SARS患者采静脉血 ,用流式细胞仪检测总T淋巴细胞 (CD3+ )、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞。结果 :全部患者外周血CD8+T淋巴细胞均恢复正常 ;恢复后SARS患者外周血总CD3+T淋巴细胞和CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞与对照组比较差异无显著性。结论 :恢复期SARS患者外周血总T淋巴细胞和CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞有不同程度的恢复 。

Objective:To observe the changes of Tlymphocytes and subgroups in peripheral blood and to explore the immune response in severe actue respiratory syndrome(SARS)patients who were in convalescent period.Methods:Blood samples from9SARS patients who were in convalescent period and10healthy volunteers were collected,the Tcell(CD 3+ ),CD 4+ and CD 8+ Tcell in peripheral blood were determined by flow cytmetry.Results:The CD 8+ Tcell from9SARS patients recovered nomal;compared with control group,the CD 3+ ,CD 4+ and CD 8+ Tcell in convalescent SARS patients were no significently difference.Conclusion:There is in some degrees recovery for CD 3+ and CD 4+ ,CD 8+ Tcell in peripheral blood in convalescent SARS patients.After SARS virus infection,the aberrant immune response is temporality.
