摘要
用场发射显微镜研究了在钨针尖上生长的氧化锌纳米线的场发射性能 ,得到了氧化锌纳米线的场发射像及场发射电流与电压关系 ,并讨论了氧化锌纳米线场发射像的形成原因和不同热处理条件对其场发射性能的影响 。
Zinc oxide nanowires grown on the tungsten tip were studied by field emission microscopy (FEM).The field emission images and the current versus voltage characteristics of zinc oxide nanowires under different annealing conditions were studied.The formation of the field emission images of the zinc oxide nanowires was discussed.Optimized annealing temperature of zinc oxide nanowires was obtained.
