摘要 长效酰胺类局麻药左布比卡因保留了消旋布比卡因作用时间长、麻醉效能好的优点 ,且心脏和神经系统毒性小 ,目前已用于各种临床麻醉及术后镇痛。现就其药理和临床应用有关的文献进行综述。
