婴幼儿低血糖症的临床表现及病因分析

本文对本院1992～2002年期间110例婴幼儿低血糖门诊、住院患儿临床资料进行分析。结果资料显示:不同喂养方式、不同病因、不同营养状态及个体差异,临床表现轻重不一,形式复杂,易造成漏诊或误诊,少数表现无症状性低血糖,预后均良好。主要病因以感染、饥饿为主。

This article makes an analysis of the clinical data of the infant hypoglycemia outpatients and inpatients between the year 1992 and 2002 in our hospital and gives the following hints: The clinical manifestations aren't the same and complicated in from owing to different ways of feeding, different causes of the disease different nutritional statuses and individual differences. A small minority of patients have no symptoms of hy- poglycemia. Which can easily result in a missing or wrong diaganose. However. they all have a favourable pragnosis. The causes of the disease are mainly infection and starvation.
