摘要
目的 :研究长期服用卡马西平对大鼠小脑结构及功能的影响。方法 :SD大鼠随机分为正常组和对照组 ,对照组饲喂卡马西平 (浓度由 60 mg/ml逐渐增加为 80 mg/ml、1 0 0 mg/ml、1 2 0 mg/ml) 90 d,透射电镜观察其小脑超微结构的变化 ,肌电 /诱发电位仪测定大鼠股直肌运动单位时限与电压变化。结果 :对照组大鼠小脑突触数量减少 ,突触内囊泡明显减少 ,线粒体数量减少并且肿胀 ,股直肌运动单位时限缩短 ,电压降低。结论 :服用卡马西平造成大鼠小脑超微结构明显的损伤 ,是导致大鼠产生肌力下降、平衡、姿势、行走和肢体精细运动等方面的一系列紊乱等小脑功能障碍的原因。
Objective:To study the effect of long-term administration of CBZ on the structure and function of rats' cerebellum. Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into normal group and control group.After CBZ was given to rats in the control group (concentration increased gradually from 60mg/ml to 80mg/ml,100mg/ml,120mg/ml) for 90 days,the observation was made on changes of rats' cerebellum ultrastructure by means of transmission electron microscope. The changes of rats' straight m. of thigh MUP time and voltage were measured by myoelectric apparatus. Results: Compared with normal group,the control group showed a decreased number of synapses,synaptic vesicles and mitochondria with swelling,shortened MUP time and lower voltage. Conclusion: Administration of CBZ would cause obvious damage to the rats' cerebellum ultrastructure,result in dysfunction of cerebellum such as a decreased myodynamia and disorder of balance,posture,walking and fine movement of limbs etc.
