本文提出了一种新型的企业模式———实时企业。实时企业能够实时的获取关于企业内部运营、商业伙伴和客户的完整信息,对竞争环境的变化做出快速的响应。实时企业本质上是事件驱动的,需要集成的信息系统的支持。实时企业具有完全授权的企业文化。企业进行实时化改造可以获得独特的竞争优势。

In this paper, we discuss the concept of real time enterprise. Real time enterprise can access to a complete up-to-date view of operations internally, business partners and customers, and react quickly to changes in competitive environments. Real time enterprise is by nature an 'event-driven' firm, and require the supports of integrate information system. It has a total-empowerment enterprise culture. Real time enterprise can gain distinct competitive advantages.
