This article has analyzed the decision question in the information-based course of enterprise from four aspects: the value that informationization brings , the demand is defined and relation of realization systematically, the informationization uses the course systematically and new and old systematic choice.All of these suggest that before begin to build information azation formally, the enterprises shonld have an orerall thinking ,and the course should be Prored and longared.
