摘要
中国加入世贸两年来 ,卫生服务四种服务模式之间、地区之间发展仍不平衡 ,没有出现入世前预计的中外合资合作医疗机构大量涌现及其对公立医疗机构强烈的冲击现象 ,但是 ,中外合资合作医疗机构仍具有很大发展潜力 ,未来影响仍然不可忽视。本文根据现场调查 ,提出了改善对中外合资合作医疗机构、外国医护人员来华行医的审批和监管政策。
There is unbalance among the four models of health services and the regions and the prediction of rapid growth of Sino-foreign joint-venture and cooperative health facilities and their threats to the public hospitals has not appeared since China entered into WTO two years ago.However,there is still potential growth trend for sino-foreign joint-venture and cooperative health facilities and their future impacts on the health care market could not be ignored.Based on field survey,this paper put forward policy recommendations on the regulations and supervisions for the joint-venture and cooperative health facilities and foreign health workers who practise medicine in China.
