凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin在乳腺癌中表达及其意义

摘要 目的:探讨凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin在乳腺良、恶性肿瘤中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组化(SP法)和细胞图像分析技术。结果:Survivin在乳腺良、恶性肿瘤中的阳性率分别为23.0%(3/13)、84.6%(77/91)。乳腺癌中Survivin的阳性率和表达强度高于乳腺良性肿瘤。乳腺癌中Survivin的表达与患者年龄、月经状态、肿瘤大小、分期、病理类型以及雌孕激素受体状态无关,与淋巴结转移有关,有淋巴结转移的患者Survivin表达强度高于无淋巴结转移的患者。结论:Survivin参与了乳腺癌的发生和发展。 Objective: To study the expression and significance of Survivin in benign and malignant breast tumor. Method:By using immunohistochemical method(SP) and image analysis technique. Results: The positive rates of Survivin in be nign and malignant breast tumor were 23.0% (3/13) and 84.6%(77/91) repectively. The positive rate and intensity of Survivin in malignant breast tumor were higher than that in bening breast tumor. In malignant breast tumor, the expression of Survivin was not correlated with patient age,menstruation statt,ER statt,pathological type,tumor size and grade, but it was correlated with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: Survivin was involved in the genesis and progression of breast cancer.
