Experience on the anesthesia of human immunodeficiency virus positive patients

目的 :探讨人类免疫缺陷病毒 (HIV)感染者手术过程中麻醉医生自我保护的相关问题。方法 :入院病人进行HIV常规检查 ,筛选出阳性病人手术病例 ,进行不同麻醉方式比较。结果 :静脉全麻较气管插管和其他需要穿刺的麻醉方式更少接触病人体液 ,利于麻醉医生的自我保护并能满足手术需要。结论 :采用非气管插管静脉麻醉较简单、安全 ,适合HIV阳性病人手术麻醉。

Objective:To study the related problems of autogenous protection for anestheltist during the operation of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)positive paitients.Methods:The routine screening examination of HIVwas performed in all admission patients.The different anesthetic ways were chosen for the HIV positive cases,and their effects were compared.Results:Intravenous general anesthesia provided a suitable method for operation of HIV positive patients,avoided close-contact patient's body fluid and protected anesthetist effectively,which was superior to other means.Conclusion:Intravenous general anesthesia is a simple,safe and suitable anesthetic way of operation for the HIV position patients.
