企业信息化是企业管理技术、方式、手段乃至企业经营理念的一次革命。信息技术的利用从实质上推动了组织内部的分权,提高了企业的经营能力,更重要的是这种新的管理革命大大推动了企业内部和整个社会供应链过程的一体化步伐,并进而导致了企业组织结构的重大调整和企业流程的再造。

The informationization of enterprises is a revolution of technology,means and the ideas of enterprise management.The application of the information technology speeds up the reform of the inner-institution and improves the core ability of enterprises.More importantly, the revolution of the new management speeds up the step of integration of the enterprises and the society's supplying chain.As the result,the great adjustment of the organizational strucfual and reorganization of the production process appear.
