唐山市第二产业经济发展滞后,对地区经济的繁荣产生了阻碍作用。本文从理论分析入手,结合实际,围绕唐山第二产业科技进步和整体经济结构调整的问题展开讨论。同时,针对第二产业广大中小企业如何进入合作联盟提出了具体的思维与行为的过程模式。

The lagging-behind in Tangshan's second industry obstructs the local economic boom. Beginning with theoretic analysis and combining with the facts,this article raises the issues on Tangshan's scientific and technological development in the second industry and discusses the adjustment on the whole economic structure. Meanwhile,it also proposes a specific process mode on thinking and actions to help the enterprises in second industry to join into the cooperative alliance.
