摘要
在介绍美国鼓励民间投资政策的基础上,比较了中美两国中小企业的发展状况,并提出了美国发展小企业对我国的启示与建议,希望对我国的民间投资能起到借鉴作用。
This article introduces US policy of encouraging nongovernment investment, compares the development of medium & small-sized enterprises between China and US and brings forward the revelation from US experience and suggestions of developing small enterprises,hoping that this can serve as reference for our nation's nongovernment investment.
